The residential complex Oscar was completed in October 2009 as the result of the recovery of degraded and abandoned craft-area apartment. The project is located on a suburban area of Padua a few minutes from the city center.
The study dealt with both the urban planning and architecture The building complex has been divided into 5 sectors of building in which they are distributed and combined 4 / 5 types. A total of 30 units were built 12 houses and lofts. All units are always independent and built with particular attention to aspects of energy saving. The colors and materials used are those of modern lighting and with particular relevance to the relationship between inside and outside the home.
