The project concerns the construction of a new commercial, residential building that is strategically placed for visibility and accessibility; the building will become the new symbol of the entrance to the city from the north side of town. The building consists of a commercial base on two levels of approximately 1800 square meters for floor from which start the tower where are planned the construction of offices and residences. To accentuate the verticality of the building was made a volumetric displacement of its mass in three separate buildings for materials and height. the main facades will be consist of alternating vertical strips blind and glazed.
