The project is part of a major transformation in the urban fabric and rich in emergencies (court, fair, barracks, colleges, offices), forming a new “Urban Forum” on which converge and are connected with the various functions. The hotel is arranged on fourteen floors above ground plus a basement and includes 190 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and a fitness area. The construction is reinforced concrete while the bottom slab and the slab are of predalles. The exterior curtain walls are made of metal, glass and brick .
