The intervention is part of a very delicate historical context and concerns: the creation of a new building for educational training consists of free rooms, dining areas and classrooms for the education ; the restoration of the building used forhouse ex-Youth; the creation of a small auditorium and a building connections between different parts of the complex.

Just the connection between the various parts of the project and also several of the city is the innovative element of the intervention: an extended body of reinforced concrete face view that encompasses the existing building on which are grafted the auditorium by the sinuous and winding coated zinc-titanium and the body of the building of classrooms with large windows open to the mountainous and covered with wooden slats.​
